Directions

Direction for use:
Administer dose via syringe provided, directly into child's mouth or add to food or drink. Rinse syringe when finished and allow to dry.

USAGE ADVICE

Do not use if seal around cap is broken or missing. Pentavite® Vitamin D3 & K2 Kids Liquid is recommended for children over 1 year of age.
