Directions
To help support healthy immune function throughout the year, during the cold & flu season or when their immunity is weakened:
Adults: 15ml (1 tablespoon) 1 - 2 times day.
Children 5 - 12 years: 15ml (1 tablespoon) once a day.
Children 2 - 4 years: 7.5ml (1/2 tablespoon) once a day.
Or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner.
