Directions:

1. 
   1. Gently pull ear outward and upward and insert plug into ear canal with slight twisting motion. Do not use force.
   2. Allow the plug to sit comfortably in the ear.
   3. If painful, remove and reinsert.
   4. Check that strong background noises are blocked, while normal speech can be heard.
   5. If you can't hear normal voices, the plug is inserted incorrectly.
