Directions:
Adults: Start by taking 4 capsules with 250ml of purified or distilled water on an empty stomach before going to bed.
If you do not have 3 to 5 bowel movements the following day, increase your serving size by 2 capsules each night until 3 to 5 movements are achieved. Continue this quantity for 7 consecutive days.
Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if you are experiencing abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting, or diarrhoea.
This product contains magnesium, which may have a laxative effect. Prolonged use may cause serious bowel problems. Drink plenty of water.
If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult with your health professional before use. If symptoms persist, talk to your health professional. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing.
