Fefol Daily Iron & Folic Acid contains Iron (II) Glycinate which is proven to be more gentle on the stomach than other ferrous forms of iron. Our formulation also contains Vitamin C to assist with the absorption of dietary iron.

Iron (II) glycinate (Iron bisglycinate) 88.8 mg equiv. to elemental iron 24 mg, Thiamine hydrochloride 12.71 mg equiv. to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 10 mg, Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 10 mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 12.16 mg equiv. to pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 10 mg, Folic Acid 500 micrograms, Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 300 micrograms, Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid) 250 mg.

Adults: 1 tablet per day, or as directed by health professional.
