Each Sublingual Tablet Contains: Glutathione (LiposoMaxTM) 250 mg.

Directions for Use
Adults: Chew and dissolve 1 tablet in the mouth or under the tongue 1-2 times a day before meals in the morning or 2-3 hours after dinner, or as directed by your healthcare professionals.
